450 Pape Avenue, Conversion of the William Harris House (Cranfield House)
Originally the home of William Harris, an important meat processor in Toronto, it later became Cranfield House, serving unwed mothers for several decades. It is designated under the Ontario Heritage Act. There is more information on the house at the ACO Toronto website, TO Built.
It is currently owned by Eracon a company of 3 partners who are planning to make modest additions to the non-designated wing of the building for condominium use.
The project is being undertaken with Coolearth architecture.
