It is currently owned by Eracon a company of 3 partners who are planning to make modest additions to the non-designated wing of the building for condominium use.
The project is being undertaken with Coolearth architecture.
Regretably, this design will not be realized, the property was sold to new owners and is currently being planned as a shelter for abused women operated by Nellies. The new architect for the project is Hilditch Architects.
